Violet May Johnson, 64, of Augusta, WV passed away on Thursday March 19, 2020 at her home surrounded by family while under the care of Hospice.

Born on December 6, 1955 in Germany, she was the daughter of the late James E. Dove and Twila Michael Dove.

Violet was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Sirk, and two brothers, Raymond and Larry Dove. Surviving is her husband, Michael D. Johnson, a son, Edward (Amy) Johnson, two brothers, Ronnie Dove of California, Kenny Dove of Keyser, WV and four grandchildren.

All services will be private and being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
