Tristen Danielle Duling, age 30, of Shanks, WV, and her cherished unborn son, Banx Allen Dow, passed away on August 19, 2026 in a tragic accident in the South Branch River, Romney, WV.

Born March 20, 1996, in Petersburg, WV, Tristen was the beloved daughter of James Allen Duling, Jr. of Capon Bridge, WV and Misty (Lear) Barnes of Shanks, WV.

Tristen was a graduate of Hampshire High School, Class of 2015. She worked at Applebees in Winchester, VA. Known for her contagious laugh and smile that could light up a room, she was an all- around amazing person. Family and friends were everything to her, especially her son Kayden and her nephews. Tristen attended Mt. View Assembly of God Church and was a true believer in God. She will forever be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Along with her parents, she is survived by her son, Kayden Andrew Harris, her fiancée, Brian A. Dow, Jr., brother, James A. Duling, III, all of Shanks, grandparents, Thomas L. Lear, Jr. of Capon Bridge, WV, James A. Duling, Sr.of Slanesville, WV, and Zanna Duling of Romney, WV, step-parents, Michael Barnes and Melanie Duling, step-siblings, Adam Barnes, Sarah Geiollos, Samantha Roberts and Hunter Carroll, as well as the extended Dow family and countless cousins, nieces and nephews who adored their "Aunt T."

Tristen joins her late grandmother, Kathy Lear, and step-sister, Jessica J. Fields, in eternal rest.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held at Mt. Dale Cemetery, Shanks, WV, on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 1:00 P.M., with Pastor Steve Landis officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
