Travis Lee Dortzbach, 59, of Romney, WV passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026 at his residence.

Born on February 24, 1967 in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Paul Dortzbach and Alice (Anderson) Dortzbach.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Beaty) Dortzbach, his children, Michael Davis and Kristen Beaty, both of Romney, WV, his sister, Jennifer (Pomeroy) LaMar, and 3 grandchildren, Mackenzie Alexander, Cheyenne Alexander, and Braiden Alexander.

Travis was a retired U.A. Local 602 Steamfitter. He was a maintenance supervisor for Frederick Co. Schools. He loved to golf, hunt, fish and ride side-by-sides on the Hatfield-McCoys Trail. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him and remembered as a loving husband, Dad and Paw Paw.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta, WV at 7:00 P.M. with Pastor Robert Jeffreys officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
