Tabitha Dawn Miller, 48, of Augusta, WV passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at her residence.
Born on July 9, 1974 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of Joseph J. Philbin and Betty Ashby Philbin.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Starliper and Leo Starliper, Jr.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her friend, James Jenkins.
All services are private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
