Steven James Prince, 46, of Baker, WV passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at his residence.

Born on April 21, 1976 in Long Beach, California, he was the son of the late James Edward Prince and Emma Jean Schuyler.

Steven served in the U.S. Army and as a disabled veteran was passionate about helping his fellow veterans.  He volunteered with Operation Heroes Support, Hero's Haven of the Eastern Shore, Maryland, and was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a nephew, Andrew Zuspan.

He is survived by his siblings, Allison F. Zuspan, Desiree Prince, Eugene Zuspan, Christopher Zuspan, and Jacob Zuspan, step-father, Glenn Zuspan of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, nieces and nephews, Cassedy, Fidel and Rogelio Zuspan and his extended family, the Lyons family of Baker, WV.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the West Virginia National Cemetery, Grafton, WV with military rites accorded by the U.S. Army.
