Stephen B. Oswald, 62, of Lost River, WV passed away on Monday, September 7, 2020 at his residence.

Born on August 18, 1958 in Columbia, SC, he was the son of Baren Oswald and Catherine Smith, both of Columbia, SC.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his spouse, Robert Earl, and a sister, Judy Machado of Lexington, SC.

He was a program analyst for the Library of Congress.

All services will be private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Baker, WV.
