Scarlett Mason Davis, 82, formerly of Augusta, WV passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Harmony at Martinsburg, Martinsburg, WV.

Born on December 22, 1942 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Drexal B. Mason and Helen (Trittipoe) Mason.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Davis in 2011.

She is survived by her her children, Lisa Fisher of Charles Town, WV, Robert W. Peyton of Spotsylvania, PA, step-children, Melissa Connolly of Vero Beach, FL, Terie Robertson of Reston, VA, Dale P. Holland of Pittsburg, PA, a brother, Ronald W. Mason of Warrenton, VA, 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Scarlett retired after 30 years working for the federal government.  She was a member of the Augusta Ruritan and had served on the Hampshire Co. fair board.  Scarlett will be remembered as a loving mother and friend.

A Celebration of Life graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney WV with Pastor David Bradfield officiating.
