Ruth Ellen Miller, 79, of Mathias, WV passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Ruth Ellen Miller, 79, of Mathias, WV passed away on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family.

Born on June 3, 1941 in Franklin, WV, she was the daughter of the late James Maddox and Mabel Westfall.

She was married to Albert C. "Conrad" Miller on September 17, 1958 in Lost City, WV. They were married for 63 years.  She enjoyed traveling.

She was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Miller and eight sisters.

Surviving with her husband is one daughter, Deborah Ayers of Petersburg, WV, four sons, Ronald E. Miller of Mathias, Jeffrey Scott Miller of Broadway, VA, Robert W. Miller of Mathias and Johnny W. Miller of Old Fields, WV, 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the McKee Funeral Home Chapel in Baker, WV with Pastor Ronald Miller officiating.  Interment will follow at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Mathias, WV.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
