Ruth Charlotte Lowell, 81, of Augusta, WV passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA.

Born on May 26, 1943 in Inkerman, WV, she was the daughter of the late Howard S. Wilson and Daisye (Combs) Wilson.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Janet Smith, Kenneth Wilson, Robert Wilson and infant sister, Geneva Wilson.

Ruth is survived by her husband, Delmar "Jerry" Lowell, her daughter, Lisa D. Lowell of Vero Beach, FL, and her sisters, Lillian Funkhouser of Moorefield, WV and Nina Mason of Rio, WV.

Ruth was a collector of antiques, particularly Depression glass, and enjoyed going to auctions.  She operated Country Cottage Antiques in Augusta. She loved genealogy and researching her family history.

A private graveside service will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, Baker, WV.
