Robert (Bob) Wolfe of Jessup, MD passed on March 4, 2025 surrounded by his family in his home.

Born on July 29, 1935 in Hampshire County, WV, he was the son of the late Audrey and Earl Wolfe. He was the 4th of 14 children. He proudly served in the Army, worked for Contee Sand & Gravel Company and Maryland Virginia Dairy Producers. His last job was working at the fruit stand in Jessup, MD where customers and friends enjoyed stopping to visit with him. He also was a Volunteer Fireman for the town of Jessup, MD.

Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife, Denise Powers Wolfe and survived by his two sons, Patrick Wolfe and wife, Lisa of Maryland and John Wolfe and wife, Denise of South Carolina, four grandchildren: Patrick II, Sierra, Julianna and Brittany, five step grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 sisters: Teena Wolfe, Jean Reinsynder and Karen Swisher and 5 brothers: Allen Wolfe, James Wolfe, Alton Wolfe, Charles Wolfe and Richard Wolfe.

He is survived by 4 sisters: Joanna Wolford, Shirley See, Carolyn Jane Roberts and Kay Fitzwater and 1 brother: Ronald Wolfe.

A public viewing was held in Maryland on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. A second viewing will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 10 am to 12 pm at McKee Funeral Home in Augusta WV. The funeral service will begin at 12 P.M. with Steve Landis, Minister officiating. Interment will follow at Green Lane Cemetery in Delray, WV.
