Robert L. Shanklin, 57, of Kirby, WV passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA.

Born on March 28, 1966 in Jacksonville, FLA, he was the son of the late Richard L. Shanklin and Norma A. (Mongold) Shanklin.

He is survived by his siblings, David Shanklin of Crisfield, Maryland, Cindy Wyman of Evans, Georgia and Rick Shanklin of Kirby, WV.
