Richard Allen Davis, 58, of Augusta, WV passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024 at his residence.

Born on September 18, 1966 in Cumberland, MD, he was the son of the late Alvin L. Davis and Linda (McBride) Davis of Augusta, WV.

Richard served 4 years in the U.S. Army.   He worked as a truck driver and enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing pool.  He was a member of the American Legion.

Along with his mother, he is survived by his children, Michael Davis Blessing of Cincinnati Ohio, Nichole Swick of Cumberland, MD, Dillon Davis of Cumberland, MD, grandchildren, Erin Swick, Travis Swick, Kambree Waye, Amina Davis, 2 brothers, Donald "Duck" Davis (Christie)  and Andrew "Andy" Davis (Jessica), both of Augusta, WV, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at McKee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Denzil Davis officiating.  Interment will be in Tearcoat Cemetery, Augusta, WV.  Military rites will be accorded by the U.S. Army. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
