Phyllis Jones Bolyard, 81, of Augusta, WV passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at her home.
Born on October 15, 1943 in York, SC, she was the daughter of the late John B. Jones and Margaret (Carroll) Jones. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Edward Bolyard and her children, Shawn Bolyard and Deana Fout (William), both of Augusta, her 8 grandchildren: Camila Hoalcraft (Will), Caressa Hicks (Michael), Noah Fout (Kim), Chasity Fout, Haley Bolyard, Tessa Bolyard, Neveah Bolyard and Gabe Bolyard and 4 great-grandchildren: Ezra Hoalcraft, Bodee Hicks and baby girl Hicks expected this week and Clara Fout, all of whom she was very proud and her granddog, Scout, who visited often.
Phyllis enjoyed gardening and reading but her greatest joy in life was caring for and spending time with her family. She was a member of Augusta Assembly of God Church.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at Augusta Assembly of God Church with Pastor Gerald Whitacre officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior.
