Philip “Phil” Paul Billmeyer, 47, of Fairmont, WV passed away on July 10, 2026 at his residence.

Born on June 28, 1979 in Winchester, VA, he was the son of Pamela Billmeyer Shanholtz of Romney, WV.

Along with his mother, he is survived by his step-father, Jeffery Shanholtz, son, Kayden Billmeyer of Parkersburg, WV, grandparents, Eugene and Doris Billmeyer, step-sister, Heather Lewis of Romney, WV, and mother of his son, Christian Carrano of Parkersburg, WV.

Phil was a managing partner at Cheddar’s Restaurant. He loved hanging out with friends, shooting pool and karaoke. His son, Kayden, was his cherished pride and joy.

Funeral services were held on July 24, 2026 at McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
