Oscar "Ike" Paul Dulaney, Jr., 75, of Augusta, WV passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA.

Born on August 3, 1944 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Oscar Paul Dulaney, Sr. and Barbara Murray Dulaney.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Paul Dulaney and a daughter, Holly Dulaney.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Irene Crockett Dulaney, 2 sons, John Dulaney of Augusta, WV, Mark Dulaney of Texas, 5 daughters, Anna White of Romney, WV, Barbara Alger of Slanesville, WV, Martha Presnell of Winchester, VA, Rose Dulaney of Augusta, WV, Tammy Dulaney of Baltimore, MD, and 3 sisters, Joan McCCallister of Westminster, PA, Patsy Nease of Baltimore, MD and Barbara Dulaney.
