Onita Nadine Richmond Hall, 83, of Surveyor WV, formerly of Rio, WV, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2026 at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.

Born on April 6, 1942 in Damon, WV, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Richmond and Violet I. (Sauls) Richmond.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Hall and a son, Wilson L. Hall, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Vicki L. Richardson, Edna B. Richardson, and Patricia Honaker, a son, Wilson L. Hall, Jr., 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
