Norma Elaine Popkins, 72, of Mathias WV passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023 at E.A. Hawse Healthcare, Baker, WV.

Born on May 27, 1950 in Bergton, VA, she was the daughter of the late Roy Green and Vada (Combs) Green.

Norma loved spending time with her grandchildren and sharing her love of fishing with them.

She is survived by 2 sons, Jeremy Popkins (Cynthia) and David Popkins, both of Mathias, WV, grandchildren, Tyler and Anna Smith, step-grandchildren, Anna, Joshua and Ashley Painter and great-grandchildren, Ara Wood And Luna Smith,  her siblings, Janet Thomas, Sarah Green and Tony Green and nieces and nephews, Travis Smith, Amanda and Cole Green, Josiah Piceno and Hannah Percinsky (Rick).

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Green and a niece, Heather Smith.

Services will be held at a later date.  All arrangements are handled by McKee Funeral Home, Baker, WV.
