Nancy C. Wolfe, 87, of Delray, WV went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 26, 2025 surrounded by her family in her home.

Born on March 9, 1937 in Delray, WV, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Russell Mowrey and Nancy Ada Alice Nealis.  She was the youngest daughter of 14 children.

She was a homemaker after marrying Jim and only worked out of the home once for a department store in Maryland when Jim was on strike from General Motors. Mom took pride in keeping her home clean and caring for her family. She was a volunteer many years for CEOS-West Virginia Community Educational Outreach Service.  She was a member of the Rio-Delray Ruritan Club and a member of the Delray Christian Church.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James Albert Wolfe and survived by her 3 children, Andrea Altvater and husband Robert of Myrtle Beach, SC, Lisa Schuscha and husband Gerhardt of Baltimore, MD, James M. Wolfe and wife Heather of Martinsburg, WV, 6 grandchildren: Erin Turnbo and husband Joseph, Kristin Farrell and husband Stephen, Paige Robinson and husband Jared, Ariel Cicio and husband Nicholas, Ein Wolfe and Noah Wolfe, 11 great-grandchildren: Harper Farrell, Levi Cicio, Sawyer Turnbo, Peyton Cicio, Waylon Turnbo, Hayley Farrell, Landon Cicio, Zayne Robinson, Magnolia Turnbo, Oakley Robinson and Reese Cicio.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at 11am at Delray Christian Church with Dave Atzenwieler, Minister officiating.  Interment will follow in Green Lane Cemetery, Delray, WV.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 28 from 6-8pm at Delray Christian Church.
