Nancy Ann Loy, 82, of Romney, WV passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at her home.

Born on March 29, 1940 in Levels, WV, she was the daughter of the late Paul Showalter and Hilda V. (Largent) Showalter.

She was a graduate of Romney High, Class of 1958. She was a member of Ebenezer Church, Romney, WV and had been employed by the WV School for the Deaf, Romney, WV.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ford William Loy on May 31, 2022 and a son, Mitch Loy.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Lewis of Romney, WV and son, John Loy, of Romney, WV, 2 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and 3 sisters, Pauline Miller of Fort Ashby, WV, Betty Nealis of Romney, WV, and Maxine Adams of Springfield, WV.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Ebenezer Church, Romney, WV with Charles "Bucky" Wilson and Lucinda Davis officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior.  Inurnment will be at a later date in  Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney, WV.
