Mildred Virginia Handy-Brown, 77, of Romney, WV passed away on June 4, 2026.

Born on November 18, 1948 in Snow Hill, MD, she was the daughter of the late Julius Rohrbaugh and Betty Ann (Mayfield) Rohrbaugh.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death a son, Jackie Leon Handy, Jr.

She is survived by her children, Peter E. Handy, Eric Handy and Carrie Handy-Wright (Denzil), all of Romney, WV and a sister, Paula Parsons of Maryland.

Services are private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
