She dedicated over four decades of her career as a bank manager with SunTrust Banks in Northern Virginia, where she was known for her diligence, integrity, and unwavering support of her clients and colleagues. She was predeceased by two sisters, a brother, and her beloved daughter, Judy Berg, in 2019.

Linda is survived by her son, Leo Thomas "Tommy" Berg, and his wife, Jean Marvin Berg; her sisters, Norma Harper and Ethel Keplinger; as well as a loving legacy that includes multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and even a great-great-grandchild.
