Lila May Hines, 91, of Moorefield, WV passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at E.A. Hawse Healthcare, Baker, WV.

Born on March 27, 1933 in Kessel, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walter Pratt and Ida (Reel) Pratt.

She enjoyed reading, puzzles, birdwatching and spending time with her grandchildren.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Hines, 2 sons, Carl Hines, Jr. and David Hines, 2 infant sons, Victor and Kenny, as well as several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children, Peggy Wratchford of Moorefield, WV, Ray Hines of Moorefield, and Paul Hines of Old Fields, WV, 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and several step-brothers and step-sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Baker WV with Pastor Russell Webster officiating.  Interment will be in Woerner Cemetery, Kessel, WV. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
