Joyce Eileen Caylor (Bloom), 82, passed away peacefully at her home with her daughters by her side, on Monday, March 13, 2023. She was originally from Slanesville, WV, the daughter of the late Kester Dent Bloom Sr. and Gertrude (Snyder) Bloom.

Preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Caylor (2000), 2 brothers, Kester Dent Bloom, Jr. (2018) of Slanesville and Ralph Kenneth Bloom (2012) of Berkeley Springs and a stepdaughter, Linda Marie Baker (2020) of Ashburn, VA.

Surviving are 3 daughters, Joyce M. Nguyen of Durham, NC, Janet L. Belotti (John Jr) of Gainesville, VA and Joann L. Stephenson (William) of Sanford, NC, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She was employed by Loudoun County Public Schools, William A. Hazel and Phoenix Development.   She enjoyed reading mystery books and playing word games.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 11:00 A.M.at Salem United Methodist Church, Slanesville, WV with Pastor Robert Jeffreys officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior.  Interment will follow in Salem United Methodist Cemetery, Slanesville, WV.
