Josiah Dodge Swett, Jr., 86, of Augusta, WV passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 at his residence.

Born on October 12, 1937 in Harford, Connecticut, he was the son of the late Josiah D. Swett and Sydney (Sherbourne) Swett.

Josiah was a truckdriver and proudly showed his truck off in truck shows where he received many trophies.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Shaffer) Swett, a son, Josiah D. Swett, III, of Dillwyn, VA, a grandson, David Swett, and a sister, Deborah Raczykowski of Arizona.

All services will be private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
