Joshua Lee Hahn, 17, of Wardensville, WV passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 as a result of an auto accident.

Born on December 5, 2003 in Petersburg, WV, he was the son of Christopher L. Hahn and Marsha L. McKeever Hahn.

He was a senior at East Hardy High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society, FFA, and played football, basketball and track.  He planned to attend the Air Force Academy after graduation. He was employed at Wardensville Garden Market and was a member of 4H.  He loved dogs, Star Wars, hunting and fishing.  He was the proud owner of his grandad's Ford Mustang.

Along with his parents, he is survived by a brother, Timothy L. Hahn (Becca), a sister, Georgia L. Hahn, both of Wardensville, maternal grandparents, Brian McKeever of Wardensville and Daisy Funkhouser (Lester, Jr.) of Baker, WV, paternal grandparents, Jerry Hahn and Nancy Hahn of Wardensville,  and great-grandmothers, Virginia Vance and Loretta DeHaven, both of Wardensville.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 3:00 PM at East Hardy High School gymnasium with Pastor Wade Armentrout and Pastor Mike Funkhouser officiating.   Interment will be in the Hahn-Michael Cemetery, Wardensville, WV.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, 4-8 pm, at McKee Funeral Home, Baker, WV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the East Hardy High School Athletic Boosters, PO Box 16, Wardensville, WV 26851.
