John M. McIntire, 84, of Washington, D.C. passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 at Blue Ridge Hospice Inpatient Center, Winchester, VA.

Born on October 20, 1936 in Moundsville, WV, he was the son of the late John A. McIntire and Irene Criss McIntire.

He served in the U.S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Hamann McIntire.

He is survived by a daughter, Carol L. Veillon of Spring Grove, PA, 3 sons, Scott A. McIntire of Frankford, DE, John M. McIntire of Washington, D.C., Michael E. McIntire of Berry, KY, 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
