Jesse Warren Paine, 69, of Capon Bridge, WV passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at his residence.

Born on February 20, 1953 in Lakewood, Ohio, he was the son of the late Erwin A Paine and Barbara R. Huthsteiner.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Ashley Paine.

He served in the U.S. Navy.
