Jasper Woodrow Wagoner, 78, of Keyser, WV passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Dawn View Center, Fort Ashby, WV.

Born on September 23, 1941 in Hampshire Co., WV he was the son of the late Lionel L. wagoner and Lillian Heavner Wagoner.

He was a veteran of the US Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nina Lee McDonald Combs.

He is survived by a daughter, Margaret Suter, of Baltimore MD.

All services are private and being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
