Irene Marie DelGallo, 97, of Romney, WV passed away on Friday March 20, 2020 at Dawn View Center in Fort Ashby, WV.

Born on September 13, 1922 in Germany, she was the daughter of the late Phillip Merlon and Dina Burkhart Merlon.

Irene was a homemaker and loving mother. She worked as a cashier at Safeway markets until retirement.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Oreste DelGallo.

Surviving are three sons, Dino DelGallo, Eddie DelGallo and Giulio DelGallo.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
