Inga Yvonne Springer, 59, of Romney, WV passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at her residence.

Born on May 8, 1966 in Martinsburg, WV, she was the daughter of Ruby Foltz Kerns of Purcellville, VA and the late Isaac Price.  She was also preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Keller.

She is survived by her husband, Michael E. Springer, her daughter, Morgan Springer, and her siblings, Karen Baker of Purcellville, VA, Linda Atiles, Brooks Price and Larry Price, all of Inwood, WV.
