Hershall Martin Miller, 79, of Delray, WV passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA.

Born on August 20, 1947 in Rio, WV, he was the son of the late Martin Luther Miller and Tennis (See) Breznick.

Hershall served in the U.S. Marines.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Edward Miller and Mildred Swisher.

He is survived by his daughter Brenda Funkhouser of Delray, WV, grandchildren, Bethany Crites and Dalton Crites and siblings, Dow Dunn and Debbie Bryner of Pennsylvania.

Hershall enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling and Nascar. His greatest joy in life was his grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 7, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Baker, WV with D.J. Keller officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior. Military rites will be accorded by the U.S. Marines.

All arrangements are under the care of McKee Funeral Home, Baker, WV.
