Flora Elizabeth Heaton, 80, of New Windsor, MD, formerly of Romney, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at her residence.

Born on April 9, 1943 in Rockville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Jacob Mobley and Mabel Shoemaker Norwood.

She is survived by her daughters Teresa Gray of Augusta, WV and Darlene Haviland of Callahan, Fla, 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
