Emily "Doretha" Malick, 97, of Augusta, WV passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at her residence.

Born on February 25, 1928 in Barton, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Clark and Myrtle Montgomery.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Portie Richman, her husband of 50 years, Adrian "Bube" Malick, 3 brothers and a sister.

She is survived by her sons, David Richman (Kelley) of Lost Creek, WV and Terry Richman (Susan) of Augusta, WV, 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Doretha was a member of Tearcoat Covenant Brethren Church, Augusta, WV. She loved spending time with her family, shopping and quilting.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at McKee Funeral Home Chapel with Michael Cheshire officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until time of service.  Interment will be in Tearcoat Cemetery, Augusta WV.
