Don Phillip Horan, 90, of Augusta, WV passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Hampshire Center, Romney, WV.

Born on March 8, 1934 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late William and Emily Horan.

He had worked as Director of Human Resources at John Hopkins University.  He is survived by his son, Kevin Horan of Reisterstown, MD.

All services will be private and handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
