Clara Ruth Lawson, 89, formerly of Romney, WV passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the home of her son in Martinsburg, WV.

Born on March 29, 1936 in Ellicott City, MD, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Uebel and Ruth Hanson.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted A. Lawson, an infant daughter, Elizabeth, a brother, Donald Uebel, and a grandson, Michael Windsor.

She is survived by her children, Rhonda Pryer of Oldtown, MD, Regina McDonald of Keyser, WV, Sheila Pitcock of Green Spring, WV, Mark Lawson of Martinsburg, WV, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. at St. John's Cemetery, Ellicott City, Maryland.

All arrangements are handled by McKee Funeral Home, Romney, WV.
