Catherine Arlene Pugh, 62, of Green Spring, WV passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at her residence.
Born on July 14, 1963 in Romney, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles L. Starliper and Violet M. (Shifflet) Starliper.
She is survived by her husband, Charlie Pugh, Jr. and her siblings, Patty Stokes of Augusta, WV, Joseph Starliper of Green Spring, and Charles Starliper of Romney, WV.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Central Hampshire Park, Augusta, WV.
