Catherine "Cathy" Lee Evans, 69, of Romney, WV passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at her home.

Born on November 27, 1954 in Romney, WV, she was the daughter of the late Adrian L. Mullin and Vesta C. (Kessel) Mullin.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roger Paul Evans on May 27, 2009 and her siblings, Shirley, Adrian, Richard and Bill.

Cathy is survived by her children, April Bane (Carl) of Florida, WV, Jennifer Nation (Wesley) of Romney, WV and Becky Perando (Scott) of Points, WV, her siblings, Lorraine Sirk of Winchester, VA, Helen Teets of Stephens City, VA, Joanne Keister of Romney, WV, Patricia Webb of Romney, WV, Tina Doman of Strasburg, VA, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Cathy was a homemaker and a caregiver for Charles Knotts.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, horseback riding and listening to country music.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 1:30 P.M. at McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta WV with Isaac Lewis and William Doman officiating.  Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney, WV.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, 3-5pm, at the funeral home.
