Catherine Iqbal, 67, of Augusta, WV passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Born on November 19, 1957 in Elizabeth, NJ, she was the daughter of the late George Furman and Ann Helen Miller.

She began working for Dr. David Reissman in New Jersey as a receptionist.  As a close friend and employer, he encouraged her to continue her education in phlebotomy at the age of 40 and then onward to become a medical assistant.  She was a valuable asset to his practice assisting with medical procedures and going out of her way to help patients.

Catherine loved flowers. She will fondly be remembered by all who knew her.
