Carolyn Jean Milburn, 77, of Baker, WV passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA.

Born on March 31, 1946 in Harrisonburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late Kenneth H. Miller and Rosie L. (Combs) Miller.

Carolyn enjoyed quilting and spending time with her grandchildren.  She loved flowers and anything she touched would grow.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Granville Milburn, a sister, Thelma Miller, infant brother, Mitchell Miller and a greatgrandchild, Emery Smith.

She is survived by her children, Regina Oates (Jimmy) of Martinsburg, WV, Granville Milburn, II, of Baker, WV, her siblings, Patsy Reel of Baker, WV, Linda Funk of Baker, WV, David Miller of Winchester, VA, Gary Miller of Baker, WV, Robert Miller of Moorefield, WV, Brenda Brill of Martinsburg, WV, 4 grandchildren, Stephen Walker, Zachary Walker, Hannah Oates, Josiah Oates and 4 great-grandchildren, Rowan Smith, Carter Steward, Amirah Coon and Brynnlee Steward.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 15, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at McKee Funeral Home, Baker, WV with Jimmy Oates officiating.  Interment will be in New Dale Cemetery, Baker, WV.   The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
