Billy Joe Kesner, 46, of Bloomery, WV passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, VA.

Born on March 23, 1977 in Winchester, VA, he was the son of Harry A. Kesner and Brenda L. (Haines) Kesner.

He served in the U.S. Army

He is survived by his sister, Stacy Ratliff of Augusta, WV and brother, Brian A. Kesner of Springfield, WV, his children, Sierra Kesner and Jordan Stewart, both of Beckley, WV, and special nieces and nephew, Brianna Kidwell, Emily Ratliff, Lauren Kesner, Logan Kesner, Adelyn Kidwell, and Maddie Swisher.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at McKee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Denzil Davis officiating. Military rites will be accorded by the U.S. Army.   The family will receive friends one hour prior.

All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
