Betty June Bailey, 80, of Levels, WV passed away on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Willow Tree Healthcare Center, Charles Town, WV.

Born on April 3, 1941 in Levels, WV, she was the daughter of Ralph Moreland and Margaret Cline Moreland.

She was a graduate of Romney High School, Class of 1941.  She had worked at Kinney Shoe Factory and the sewing factory in Romney, WV.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde T. Bailey, a son, Douglas Twigg, and a brother, Ralph Neal Moreland.

She is survived by a daughter, Diana Shanholtz of Romney, WV, a brother, Belmont Moreland of Paw Paw, WV, 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Community Fellowship Church, Levels WV with Pastor Brian Bohrer officiating.  Interment will be in Levels Cemetery, Levels, WV.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
