Ava Claire Anders, 76, of Romney, WV passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at her home.

Born on May 24, 1949 in Montgomery, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry Hill and Clara (Sams) Hill.

She was a civil engineer with the Dept of Natural Resources.

She is survived by her husband, Michael C. Anders.
