Anita Louise Mozer, 77, of Delray, WV passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Greenway Assisted Living Facility, Ellicott City, Maryland.

Born on October 1, 1947 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Lyle Liebno and Ethel Buchwald.

She was preceded in death by her companion, Russell "Russ" Zile, Jr. with whom she had owned and operated the Rio Store & Deli.

She is survived by her sister, Robin Liebno Linthicum of Ellicott City, MD and several nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 11:30 A.M. at Meadowridge Memorial Park,  Elkridge, Maryland.
