Obituary

Alma G. Webster, 90, of Baker WV passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025 at the home of her son in Baker, WV.

Born on November 14, 1934 in Old Fields, WV, she was the twin daughter of John B. Golliday and Berthalene (Wilkins) Golliday.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Webster in 2014, an infant daughter, a sister, Thelma Compton, and a half-sister, Dorothy Rogers.

She is survived by two children, Russell Webster (Lucy) and Teresa Keller (Eric), five grandsons, Walter and Nathan (Candace) Webster, Anton, William (Rebecca), and Christopher (Lindsey) Keller, seven great-granddaughters, Vanessa, (Jesse), Charlie Ella, and Claire Ellen Webster, Esther, Jennie, Ila and Anna Keller, two great-grandsons, Waylon and Robert Keller.  She is also survived by her twin sister, Martha (Winfred) Webster, a brother, Melvin Golliday, a sister-in-law, Peggy Riggleman, and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at McKee Funeral Home, Baker WV with Pastors Russell and Lucy Webster and Mike Funkhouser officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior.  Interment will be in Asbury Cemetery, Bean Settlement, WV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Grant Memorial Hospice, 100 Hospital Dr. Suite 2, Petersburg, WV 26847.
