Eldon “Allen” Wolfe 66 of Winchester, VA passed away on Sunday May 24, 2009 at Golden Living at Rose Hill, Berryville, VA.

Born on March 20, 1943 in Augusta, WV, he was the son of the late Earl and Audrey (Daugherty) Wolfe.

 He was a truck driver.

Allen was preceded in death by his wife, Judith A. (Zierfuss) Wolfe on February 27, 2008, a sister Teena Wolfe and a step-daughter, Deborah Rosenall.

He is survived by 2 sons, Anthony Allen Wolfe of Alexandria, VA, Christopher Lee Wolfe of Winchester, VA, 2 step-daughters, Sandra Rosenall, Rebecca Rosenall both of Las Vegas, Nevada, 6 brothers, Ronnie Wolfe of Augusta, Alton Wolfe of Winchester, Jim Wolfe of Delray, WV, Bob Wolfe of Hanover, MD, Richard Wolfe of Daytona Beach, FL, Charlie Wolfe of Mt. Williams, VA, 6 sisters, Jean Reimsnider of Thomasville, N.C., Karen Swisher, JoAnna Wolford both of Augusta, Carolyn Roberts of Great Falls, Montana, Kay Fitzwater, Shirley See both of High View, WV, and 2 grandchildren, Jason Allen Wolfe and Ryan Alexander Wolfe, 4 step-grandchildren and 1 step-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 27, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta, WV. Interment will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Augusta, WV.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday 2-4 &7-9 at the funeral home.
