David “Crock “ Caldwell 

David “Crock “ Caldwell  60 of Slanesville, WV passed away  on Saturday May 10, 2008 in Meadsville Medical Center Meadsville, PA.

Born on July 30, 1947 in Levels, WV, he was the son of Betty L. (Iman) Caldwell of Romney, WV and the late Harold R. Caldwell.

He worked as a drywall finisher, a member of the Carpenter’s Union Local 1024 and a member of the Community Fellowship Church, Points, WV.

He is survived by his wife Cynthia G. (Bohrer) Caldwell whom he married on October 20, 1984, also surviving are 4 daughters, Becky Kimmy,  Aimee Anderson, Heather Taylor all of Cambridge Springs, PA, Rachel Baker of Slanesville, WV, 2 sons, Scott Caldwell of Cambridge Springs, PA,  Marcus Caldwell of Slanesville, WV, 3 sisters, Donna Jean Servert of W. Jefferson, N.C., Janet Patterson of Manassas Park VA, Barbara Fout of Ridgeley, WV, 1 brother, Bill Caldwell of Greenspring, WV, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday May 14, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. in the Community Fellowship Church, Points, WV with Rev. Wayne Stotler and Pastor Mike Robison officiating. Interment will follow in Levels Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening 6-9 at the church.
