Rhoda May Ludwick

Rhoda May Ludwick 84 of Augusta, WV passed away on Sunday February 17, 2008 in Hampshire Health Care Center, Romney, WV.

Born on August 20, 1923 in Tucker Co. WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles T. Shahan and Verna Lee (Keller) Shahan.

She was a homemaker and attended the Methodist Church.

Mrs. Ludwick was preceded in death by her husband George Ludwick on October 3, 1970, also preceded by 2 sons, H. Gene Ludwick, John A. Ludwick, a daughter, Elsie Louise Ludwick, 6 brothers, 3 sisters and 1 grandchild.

She is survived by 4 daughters, Betty L. Hines, Dottie Lou Duncan, Helen G. Corbin all of Romney, WV, Hazel Mae Heishman of Augusta, 3 sons, Ralph D. Ludwick of York, PA, Donald G. Ludwick of Augusta, James T. Ludwick of Capon Bridge, WV, a sister Hester Poling of Augusta, and 25 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday February 19, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. in the McKee Funeral Home Chapel, Augusta with Pastor Dan Biser officiating.

Interment will follow in Malick Cemetery, Augusta, WV.

The family will receive friends on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 at the funeral home.
