Victor Robert “Bob” Wulf

Victor Robert “Bob” Wulf 67 of Baker, WV passed away on Thursday July 26, 2007 at his home.

Bob was born on April 23, 1940 in Holton, Kansas to Victor H. and Hildegarde ( Bunck) Wulf.

When he was a child the family moved to Mt. Hope, Kansas where he attended school. He graduated from Mt. Hope High School in 1958. He attended Benedictine, College, Wichita University and University of Kansas where he played drums in the marching band, before joining the Navy. He served four years in San Diego, CA.

When Bob was discharged from the Navy he and a friend opened Schuster and Wulf Gift Shop in LaMesa CA. He later was employed by Neiman-Marcus, Bullock’s and Villeroy and Boch managing their gift department.

In 1993 he moved to Washington, D.C. to open the Villeroy and Boch Store at the mall. He moved to Lost River, WV in 1998. Most recently he served as relief Postmaster in Lost City, WV and enjoyed selling on Ebay.

Survivors include his companion, Harry Pasquinelli of the home, a brother and sister-in-law, Ron and Marilyn Wulf. Coffeyville, KS, four nieces; Denise Wintjen, Coffeyville, Ks, Debbie Wulf-Walter, Lawrence, Ks, Melanie Wulf Turner, St. Charles, Ill. Melinda Wulf , Chicago Ill. Three great nieces and 3 great  nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home , Baker, WV.
