Kenneth Patrick Kirby Sr.

Kenneth Patrick Kirby Sr. 63, of Romney, WV passed away on December 26, 2007 at the Winchester Medical Center.

Born on August 21, 1944 in Washington, D.C. he was the son of the late Robert J. Kirby Sr. and Margie D. (Metz) of Scaggsville, MD.

Kenneth was a maintenance man for the Heart Building of U.S. Government.

Surviving is two daughters Stephanie L. Kirby of Parkton, NC and Lisa R. Kirby of Lanham, MD; two sons Kenneth P. Kirby Jr. of Romney and Wayne R. Kirby of Lanham, MD; two grandchildren MacKenzie R. Kirby and Bailey P. Kirby both of Romney; one brother Robert R. Kirby Jr. of Lorretto, PA; three sisters Janice M. Moler of Charlottesville, VA; Julie A O’Hagon of Scaggsville, MD; Lynne E. Ronayne of Eldersburg, MD.

Funeral service will be on Friday December 28, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. at the McKEE Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Brian Moreland officiating.   Interment will follow at the Ebenezer Cemetery in Romney, WV.  Family will receive friends on Friday from 1-3 P.M.

Memorials can be made to the Hospice of the Panhandle, 122 Waverly Court, Martinsburg, WV 25401.
