Dallas Owen Sirbaugh

Dallas Owen Sirbaugh 86 of Great Cacapon, WV passed away on Wednesday November 7, 2007 at his home.

Born on April 18, 1921 in Cold Stream, WV, he was the son of the late Leslie and Nora Belle 9Belford) Sirbaugh.

Dallas was a carpenter for W. R. Grace Co. He was a protestant by faith, a WW11 veteran, a member of the Romney V.F.W. 3101, the American Legion and the Purple Heart Association.

He is survived by his wife Thelma D. ( Montgomery) Sirbaugh, a son, Richard Sirbaugh of Annapolis, MD, a daughter, Deborah Montz of Everrett, PA, three sisters, Mildred Fishel of Middletown, VA, Wilda Heishman of Winchester, VA, Janet Chaffee of Pennsylvania, two brothers, Lowell Sirbaugh of Winchester, VA, Wallace Sirbaugh of Tenn., three grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 10, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV with minister James Ward officiating.

Interment will be in Noland Cemetery Paw Paw, WV. Military Honors will be accorded by the Hampshire County Veterans Organization.

The family will receive friends on Friday 3-5 & 7-9 at the funeral home.
